Updates to the VGIN Lidar Webpage

Several important changes have been made to the VGIN lidar webpage at http://www.isp.virginia.gov/lidar.shtml:

1. A new introductory video entitled "Lidar 101" is now available at http://www.isp.virginia.gov/geopdf/lidar101.wmv. This video is an excellent introduction to lidar technology and the factors that must be taken into account when considering a lidar acquisition.
2. The results from a short survey that ran from February 1 to April 8, 2008 are now available at http://www.surveymonkey.com/sr.aspx?sm=DT6YE6rBxXRgLIqH7FE9FL0T8OD_2buotDAKLMjOnoKeM_3d.
3. A PowerPoint file that presents VGIN's progress to date on the lidar cost/benefit analysis and issues that we must now consider is available at http://www.isp.virginia.gov/geopdf/CBA_Progress-and-Overview_042308.pdf.
